2. Automated Strategies & Risks

  • Technology Provider: When you use our 'Automated Strategies', we act as a technical bridge transmitting signals to your connected brokerage account (e.g., eToro, Darwinex). We do not hold custody of your funds.
  • Execution Risks: You acknowledge that algorithmic trading involves risks, including but not limited to system failures, latency, slippage, and brokerage API downtime. Potentia Finance SL is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures outside our direct control.
  • Monitoring: It is your responsibility to monitor your brokerage account regularly. You retain the ability to intervene, close positions, or disconnect the strategy at any time via your broker's interface.

3. Account & Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
  • Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your Potentia login credentials. We will never ask for your brokerage password.
  • Fair Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our proprietary data or trading signals.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new users. Beyond this window, payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, visual interfaces, and code on the platform are the property of Potentia Finance SL and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potentia Finance SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
