If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within your first 30 days of usage, simply contact our support team, and we will issue a full refund—no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first subscription charge only.

2. Refund Eligibility (After 30 Days)

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods, except in the following cases:

  • Technical Failures: If you are unable to access the dashboard or your automated strategy fails to execute trades due to a confirmed technical error on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours.
  • Double Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access (and automated trading signals) will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle after the initial 30-day window. For example, if you cancel an annual plan after 6 months, you will retain access for the remaining 6 months, but no cash refund will be issued.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Consumer Law, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by accessing our Data Intelligence dashboard or activating an Automated Strategy (digital content and services), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided or accessed.
